If you are a Peregrine Dealer who has not registered for Peregrine On-Line Customer Service please click here to fill out an on-line application. A Peregrine Representative will reply promptly with a confirmation. Once you have received your confirmation you will be able to take full advantage of Peregrine On-Line.

Peregrine On-Line Customer Service allows registered dealers to do the following:

  • Place orders on-line.
  • Review your order history, by order and by item.
  • Review Accounts Payable information including Open Invoices and Paid Invoices.

Adobe's free Acrobat Reader allows you to view, navigate, search and print Portable Document Format (PDF) files on either Windows or Macintosh platforms.

Acrobat Reader automatically installs a plug-in that allows it to work with Netscape Navigator 2.0 or greater and Microsoft Internet explorer 3.0 or greater. Acrobat Reader will also work as a stand alone program without a web browser.

Searching Tips:

There are two types of Peregrine Search fields:
1) Search Words: searches using text and is capable of up to 5 words and 25 characters. Search criteria includes product descriptions, book authors, or vendor names.

2)  Search By Item Number: searches using Peregrine's item numbers or partial item numbers. A typical Peregrine item number will have one letter followed by three numbers such as M154.
The Search Fields are found in the Order Entry and Browse Our Catalog sections of the Peregrine web site.

UPS Tracking

Peregrine packages shipped via UPS can be tracked from this site by:
  • Your Order Number
  • Your Customer Number
  • Your Purchase Order Number
UPS Tracking Tips:
Order Number: All Peregrine Order numbers are unique making this a great way to track your order. The order number can be found in the "Review My Orders" section of the passworded section of this site.
Customer Number: Also a unique number making this a great way to search for package information if the order number is not known. This tracking method will generate tracking reports for your last several orders.
Purchase Order Number: Since your Purchase Order number may not be unique among all Peregrine customers, this tracking method may produce tracking information for other customers.
